How It Works
Step 1 — Check In at the Retail Office
Arrive at Alcantara beach, meet at the retail office, sign your waiver, and get a quick safety brief.
Step 2 — Shuttle & Splash
We shuttle you upriver. Float a scenic 25–30 minutes back to the beach. Repeat as many times as you like during operating hours.
Step 3 — Paddle & Pour
Use your $20 tasting credit for a wine flight (or equivalent) at our partner location. Kick back. Go again.
Note: Daily Departures between 10 AM and 2 PM. Last shuttle departs 60 minutes before closing. (Alcantara stops serving food at 4:00 PM and wine at 5:00 PM.)

- Weather/flow: Operations may pause if conditions change—your safety comes first.

Safety & Age Guidelines
- PFDs required and provided for all guests.
- Minimum age: Recommend 6+ with guardian.
- Minors: Parent/guardian must sign waiver.
- Alcohol: Tasting credit redeemable for 21+ only; ID required.
- Medical considerations: Please inform staff of any conditions before launching.

Yes—unlimited runs during operating hours. Just keep your wristband on and hop the shuttle.
Alcantara stops serving food at 4:00 PM and wine at 5:00 PM. Please plan to catch the last shuttle at least 60 minutes before closing so you’re back before day’s end.
We may pause or modify operations for safety. If we can’t operate, we’ll help you reschedule.
It’s a $20 credit toward a wine tasting (or equivalent) and food with our partner; must be used on the same day as your pass; 21+ only.

Small soft-sided coolers are fine at the beach base; check staff regarding cooler tubes and glass restrictions.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
